Evan was born on the mean streets, right next to an elementary school. A good one. That didn't stop him from being a bad-ass. At the age of five he was already selling smack... to nuns. Then when he was 13 he left his part-time job as a roadie for Dio, he picked up a guitar and the rest was history. Actually there was alot in between, but, ahh who cares.
